Delivery, Returns and Payment Quick Guide

Jeroboams Delivery

Minimum Order Value

All orders must be above the minimum order value of £75, including VAT but excluding delivery.

Delivery Charges

Deliveries to most mainland UK addresses are subject to a standard delivery charge of £9.95, including VAT, which is applied to all orders with a single delivery address. If you would like to send your wine to multiple addresses, you will need to enter each order separately with each subject to a delivery charge.

Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man will be charged at cost. International deliveries will be charged at cost and will vary depending on your requirements. To obtain a quote, or more information, please contact us.

UK Deliveries

Normal delivery hours are 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Deliveries to addresses with London postcodes will be made within 3 working days from the day the order is placed, unless otherwise requested when you place your order.

Deliveries to most other UK mainland addresses will be made within 7 working days from the day the order is placed, unless otherwise requested when you place your order.  

International Deliveries

We will contact you before sending any goods, or charging you, to discuss your delivery options.

International deliveries will be charged at cost and will vary depending on your requirements. To obtain a quote, or more information, please contact us.

Some destinations may require an import license or equivalent, and other local taxes may also apply. Such charges are additional and are payable by you.  If you are in doubt please contact us.

In Bond Deliveries

In Bond orders can only be sent to a bonded location, In Bond orders exclude Excise Duty and VAT, at prevailing rates.

En Primeur Wines

En Primeur wines will be shipped a number of years after the vintage.  

We will contact you when the wines have been delivered to the UK to agree storage or delivery arrangements.

Returns

Should you need to return Goods, the cause of which is ours, Jeroboams will cover and refund the cost and risk of returning such Goods.

Should you decide to return Goods through no fault of Jeroboams you will be responsible for both the cost and risk of returning such Goods.

Payment

If you do not have a credit account with us, you will be asked for full payment upon receipt of your order. 

Delivery of your order will only be made once full payment has been received.

If you have a credit account with Jeroboams your normal terms for payment will apply.

Orders paid by credit card will incur a surcharge of 2.5%. No surcharge will be applied to payment by BACS or debit card (Visa Delta, Switch/Solo, and Maestro).
