We are sad to say it is the end of the delicious creamy-fatty Vacherin Mont D’or season, and we will have to wait until October to indulge again.
Until then, amongst other cheeses to choose from, we have a broad selection of little goat’s milk cheeses - a real opportunity for detoxing.
Spring means animals are back in the green pastures which gives the milk all those wonderfull wild herby flavours. You might not be aware of is that such young cheeses have a high content of humidity, meaning proportionally less fat than in mature hard cheese…so let’s go for it without a complex!
