Heath Street is the bustling hub of Hampstead, where you will find a rich amalgamation of things to tickle your fancy. Our shop is situated just next door to the famous Hampstead Bazaar, which is frequented by the likes of Dame Judi Dench and other members of the high-and-mighty.

We are very much a 'local' wine merchant, and we are very happy to spend limitless time chatting about what sort of wines you like, and suggesting new things for you to try. We also welcome any gossip you might be able to provide us with! We are well stocked with wines across all price ranges, and will undoubtedly have something here for any occasion imaginable. Across the road is Louis, the Hungarian patisserie, in case you need some sort of delicious confection, and you can find almost anything you could possibly require amongst the little streets and alleys of Hampstead. Except good fish and chips. We can't find that anywhere, so any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

With the weather warming up...finally!... here at Hampstead, you can genuinely feel a more positive vibe in the air. Visitors to the store are smiling alot more as thoughts turn to barbeques and lazy afternoons spent at the Heath.

We are rather fortuitously placed, just 100 yards from the Hampstead tube station and a short leisurely stroll to the beauty and serenity that is Hampstead Heath. The Heath, as the locals affectionately call it, is one of the most popular destinations in the whole of London. A refuge from the traffic and noise of the sprawling metropolis that is London town.

We struggle to think of any activity that beats a gourmet picnic with friends on the manicured lawns of Kenwood House or the Heath's open grassy fields, that seem to go on forever. We also struggle to think of a more vital ingredient at this picnic than a nice cold bottle of wine or bubbly. Nothing brings friends and family closer together than a glass of wine in a relaxed and tranquil setting.

So on the next sunny day you have free, why not take full advantage of it. Call some friends, grab your rug and head into our store at 29 Heath St.

If you mention the magic word, 'Heath' when you come up to the counter, we'll even give you 10% off the RRP of any wine or fizz in the store.

So for a great day out that's especially easy on the hip pocket, head to the Heath this summer. You might find it becomes a bit of an obsession!

The Team

Charlie Ryall - Manager
Chris Johnson - Assistant Manager

Charlie Ryall started at Jeroboams in April 2006 as cellar girl at Walton Street, during wich time she happily consumed more than her fair share of coveted aged Bordeaux and Burgundy. She then moved to Heath Street in October of that year as Assistant Manager and then down to Pont Street in the New Year. Charlie left the company in April for six months but found that she just couldn't keep away and returned to Heath Street in October 2007. Charlie has acheived her Advanced WSET qualification and coninues to develop her knowledge. She is particularly fond of the wines from Bordeaux, but her heart lies with sweet wines from all over the world, and Champagne. She is particularly happy to discuss these at length.
