The 2013 Ribbon Vale Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon opens to notes of lemongrass, fresh lime juice and chopped herbs with hints of crushed stones and white pepper. Dry, light-bodied and putting forward intense citrus flavors with mineral suggestions, it finishes long and refreshing. Drink it now to 2018+.

Vinous
(a 51/49 blend): Green-tinged yellow. Energetic citrus and pear aromas, complicated by hints of honeysuckle and chalky minerals. Brisk and exuberant, displaying bright, tightly focused citrus and orchard fruit flavors and a suggestion of smoky minerality. Pleasantly bitter and spicy on the incisive, persistent finish, which leaves a note of bitter pear skin behind.
