Pale lemon coloured, the nose shows assertive spice, lemon zest, herbs and gooseberry aromas. Medium to full bodied with piercing acidity, it has a lovely broad texture, flavours of pink grapefruit and melon and a distinct minerality.

Robert Parker Wine Advocate

The 2014 Sauvignon Blanc has a crisp, mineral-driven bouquet that is understated at first, but opens nicely in the glass. It seems more reserved in style, but still true to the grape variety. The palate is very well balanced with a fine line of acidity. Lovely tension here, with a crisp citrus seam that runs from start to finish that has great tension. This is very fine indeed.

Vinous

The 2014 Sauvignon Blanc has an intriguing bouquet of asparagus, cold stone and apple peels. The palate is well balanced with modest depth and a fine bead of acidity; the asparagus notes return, joined by Conference pear, and a touch of salinity appears toward the finish. This continues to drink well.
