The 2014 Etna Bianco de Aetna is comprised of 80% Carricante with 15% Catarratto and 5% Minnella. This pretty Etna white shows fragrant grassy and floral tones with peach, white melon and lemon zest. It offers smooth sailing on the palate with crisp delineation and a very immediate, direct and snappy personality. It would make a great aperitivo choice.
