Deep straw coloured with a nose of lime leaf, fig and lemon sherbet. Quite full bodied with crisp acidity, the palate shows flavours of grapefruit, fig, honey and peach blossom. Pale lemon coloured with a nose of lime, stewed apple and fig. The palate is quite full bodied yet very refreshing with lime, lemon, fig and complex undertones of mushroom.

Vinous
(all stainless steel): Light, bright yellow. Vibrant, mineral-tinged aromas of tangerine, pear, jasmine and candied ginger, with a hint of white pepper emerging slowly. Dry and sharply focused on the palate, offering bitter citrus zest and pear skin flavors that deepen and spread out slowly with air. At once densely packed and lively, this terrific Semillon finishes with excellent clarity and mineral persistence.
