Wineries across Sicily are doing a terrific job with the Grillo grape. The 2015 Sicilia Grillo is a full and generous wine that is made in simple stainless steel. The bouquet offers pretty tones of kiwi and green lime that are followed by softer tones of mango and honey. Those fruity contrasts are very attractive indeed.
