Still with some coarse bubbles, the 2015 Ruppertsberger Riesling Trocken displays a clear and subtle, yet relatively deep nose; it has stony, herbal and lemony aromas leading to a pure and racy attack on the palate. This medium to full-bodied Riesling is round, intense and very elegant, revealing a good and pretty expressive finish.
