Lovely and bright, Hine Rare Fine Champagne Cognac is the opposite of the overtly heavy and rich old school style of cognac. A blend of around 20 eau-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne, varying from around 6 to 12 years old, with mainl y 8 years old. Richer in style than the H by Hine but style very much vibrant, elegant and lifted, with aromas of ripe apricot, orange peel, and fresh grape, layered with acacia honey, vanilla, and toasted almond. The palate is silky and ba lanced, showing stone fruit, gentle spice, and light oak, leading to a clean, floral finish with hints of citrus zest and nutmeg.

Bright and alluring, Lot 76 features beautiful aromatics of fruit compote, honey and leather, underpinned with delicate floral notes. Generous and e nergetic on the palate, with peach and spice. Rounded and harmonious. Aged in Limousin oak casks.
