Foursquare ECS XXIV is a single blended rum comprising heavy and light marques distilled in the copper double retort pot-still and the continuous twin column stills of Foursquare distillery. Matured in barbados for 12 years in ex-bourbon ca sk American white oak, before blending and bottling at Foursquare. Zesty lemon and Seville orange, with rich caramel and gentle notes of white chocolate, fresh ginger and dried coconut. Treacle tart and vanilla ice cream on the palate, with juicy syltanas, poached summer fruits, and tart Victoria plums at the back end. Finishes on blueberry, gentle fresh ginger, black cherry, with a warming, dry quality, with touches of pepper at the end.
