Sapling is a 'climate positive' distiller based in the picturesque Cotswolds - for every bottle they sell, a tree is planted. The gin is distilled from organic regenerative wheat and is juniper-forward with notes of herbaceous rosemary. One tree can absorb up to 1.5 tonnes of carbon in its lifetime, so purchasing a bottle of Sapling Gin isn't a bad way to help the environment!
